I offer a calm, grounding and encouraging presence, and my focus is ‘you-centric’. There is a gentle quality to my energy, and I also have a fiery heart, which means I am determined to protect your needs and advocate for your preferences so you can have a really positive birth experience.
My approach is rooted in compassion and connection. I am honest and straight talking, and I do my utmost to make sure you feel heard, respected and supported.
My aim is to create a dynamic which feels safe and trusting. My priority is to guide you to feel confident and comfortable with your unique set of needs and preferences.

Birth goddesses doula package
My Birth Doula package includes:
❁ 3+ antenatal sessions for pregnancy support, birth preparation and postnatal planning
❁ Unlimited phone, text and email support from the moment you book me, through to the first forty days of postpartum
❁ Support and guidance for your birthing partner(s)
❁ 1 REST session, including a sound bath in your third trimester
❁ Coaching for how to use movement, breath and sound during labour and birth
❁ Anxiety relief support
❁ On call 24/7 from 10 days before your due date, until your baby arrives
❁ By your side continuously throughout your pregnancy, labour and birth, and the first few hours after your baby arrives
❁ Sound healing throughout your labour (if you wish) to keep you focused and calm
❁ Free hire of Birth pool, TENS machine, birth ball and other birth equipment if you need
❁ 1 postnatal visit, including a Birth debrief and nourishing food within the first week of your baby arriving
❁ 1 postpartum REST session within the first 2 weeks
❁ Access to informational resources such as books, blogs and podcasts
❁ Access to planning resources, such as hospital bag and home birth recommendations, birth planning materials, nourishing postpartum recipes and calming, grounding playlists

ANTENATAL Birth Prep Sessions
If you are looking for some support during your pregnancy, but don’t need a full doula package, you can book stand alone sessions with me to ensure you feel informed and empowered as you move towards your birth portal.
Birth prep sessions can include:
❁ Exploring your views and needs, including your own birth stories, your ‘blueprints’
❁ In depth exploration of birth physiology + the role of hormones during labour and postnatally
❁ Birth visioning. Discussing preferences/ hopes, fears + ideas, and exploring comfort measures which might feel supportive during your labour
❁ Coaching for how to use movement, breath and sound during labour and birth
❁ Postpartum preparation: e.g. what does rest look like for you? What would be helpful for your mental health? What support would you like? Meal planning + baby feeding support
My antenatal birth prep sessions are £185 for a 3 hour session, or £495 for 3 sessions
Antenatal sessions
I offer at least 3 antenatal sessions for in-person clients, which usually last for 2.5 - 3 hours each.
During this time together, we will discuss any hopes, fears and ideas you might have relating to your birthing journey, including any previous experiences you are holding.
We will create a Birth Vision document which clearly states your wishes and preferences for how you wish to give birth, including backup scenarios.
This will ensure that you, any birth partner(s), and I all feel clear on your options, rights, boundaries and preferences, considering the various routes which your birth might take. This will include topics such as pain management, medical interventions, and comfort measures.
I can guide you through an depth exploration of birth physiology and the role of hormones during labour, birth and postpartum.
We will also spend time discussing your needs for the early days and weeks of postpartum and what will help you to feel the most supported.
Most clients also enjoy a combination of my additional offerings, which include sound healing, nervous system reset practices, yoga, meditation, and Birth threshold ceremonies, such as Mother Blessings.
We can arrange further antenatal sessions if you need to spend more time together before your birth. I will also be available on the phone for any questions you have from the moment you book me as your doula.
It can be helpful to block off a full afternoon or morning for any antenatal or postnatal sessions, so you don’t feel rushed or limited.
Pregnancy Yoga
My pregnancy classes are curated to support you physically, mentally and spiritually through your pregnancy and birth. We will move through a creative blend of yoga, movement, breathwork and meditation, supporting you to listen to and trust your body.

Pregnancy Circles
This monthly gathering offers you time out for yourself in a calm and empowering environment. You will have the opportunity to meet other expectant mamas, celebrate your pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your baby. This space offers a supportive environment for you to explore your feelings about pregnancy, birth and beyond. Come along at any phase of your pregnancy, and you can either drop in once, or join us every month.
Circle gatherings are an ancient tradition which have a focus on nurturing the community. For many years, people have met in this way to support each other and share wisdom throughout their birth journeys and onward. As the proverb says; ‘It takes a village to raise a child’.
R.E.S.T. Treatments
I offer support in person or online through my R.E.S.T. (Restorative Embodied Sound Therapy) programme, which includes a combination of Sound Healing, Movement, Meditation, Breathwork, and Nervous System reset techniques.

Together we can plan what care you will find supportive during your fourth trimester and beyond. This might look like:

❁ Holding space for you to rest
❁ Helping to plan the day ahead, setting things up for partner/ visitors/ care givers

My Postpartum doula support is £35 per hour, for a minimum of 3 hours per visit

Work with me digitally to feel prepared and empowered practically, physically and emotionally. I can be there for you during your pregnancy, labour and postpartum.
We can have as many sessions as you need, either over video conference, phone, email or text, so that you can feel grounded and calm about your upcoming birth.
I will be by your side in a virtual sense to support you as you journey towards, through and beyond your Birth Portal.
