R.E.S.T:
RESTorative Embodied sound therapy
The body is the doorway and the mind holds the key…
R.E.S.T. (Restorative Embodied Sound Therapy) closes the gap between the body and the mind, and helps to connect you to your inner wisdom, a place of deep serenity and clarity.
R.E.S.T. is for you if you are looking to feel grounded in the wisdom of your body, establish a calm mind free of anxiety, and relax into a regulated nervous system.
Each session includes some - or all - of the following:
❁ Sound Healing
❁ Yoga & Somatic Movement
❁ Meditation & Yoga Nidra
❁ Breathwork
❁ Nervous System Reset techniques
❁ Vocal Toning
My 1:1 sessions are in person at my peaceful home studio 'earth Studio' in Margate, or online. I also offer group taster events
Sound Healing
I am a certified sound therapist and I trust in the ancient wisdom of Sound as a Healing practice which invites a journey inward, outward and beyond.
Some instruments I use in my sessions include: Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Drum, bells, chimes, voice, and other percussion instruments. The frequencies of the sound waves produced by these instruments can have a calming effect on the body and mind, promoting feelings of wellbeing, relaxation and security. Sound baths can also relieve insomnia and reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
I have shared sound healing with individuals, as well as in yoga classes, intimate group settings and at large events, such as Buddhist festival days, music festivals and retreats.
I offer 1:1 and small group Sound healing sessions from earth Studio at my home in Margate. I curate each of these appointments in a bespoke manner so that the session is in line with the conditions and needs of the recipient(s). There will be a consultation ahead of the appointment to establish any preferences, and some of the options I offer include 1:1 / duo/ group Sound Healing, Sound therapy, Sound Massage, Yoga + Sound, Chakra balance, and Aura cleansing
Sound Baths
I host regular Sound Baths each month at earth Studio in my home in Margate. These events take place within a Circle gathering setting, and sometimes include additional elements, such meditation, reflection, journaling, and tea/ treats.
Sounds will be created using Tibetan Singing Bowls, Symphonic Gong, Drum, Rainstick and other Percussion, various Chimes, Crystal Pyramid, and Voice.
Yoga, Movement + Meditation Facilitator
Yoga
I am an accredited yoga teacher, and the classes I currently offer include Pregnancy + Postnatal Yoga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra. It is my aim in each session to invite a connection between body, breath and mind.
I offer group and one to one sessions, both in person and online. I lead weekly classes at Margate Yoga Studio and 1:1 classes at ‘earth Studio’ in my community home.
I reverence the movements of nature ~ such as the seasons and phases of the moon ~ and reflect these in my classes by weaving relevant themes into the structure of each class. I curate my classes like I would choreograph a dance; there is an energetic arc, a balanced journey through postures like the rising and falling of the tide, which invites a subtle journey inward.

Movement + Embodiment
I started dancing before I could talk, and since then, embodiment has always been present in my life in one form or another. I trained with the Royal Ballet School when I was very young, and went on to dance professionally for about a decade.
To me, embodiment is the most effective means of communication and connection; it feels like a moving meditation, and can truly align our inner and outer worlds. It takes me somewhere that no books or words ever have reached. And this is why I use dance and movement to support people to connect with their heart of hearts.
Embodiment can provide the most safe and reliable foundation for giving birth; a pathway to feeling grounded in your own power, and connected to your inner ancient wisdom.
The body is the doorway to rest, and rest holds the key to contentment.
Meditation
I completed my meditation teacher training in India, following the ancient yogic tradition. The majority of the meditation I share is inspired by practices which I have learned from my Ordained Buddhist teachers.
I teach various styles of meditation, all focused around compassion and awareness, and deeply rooted in connection to the body, breath and natural world.
Meditation can encourage an alignment of body and mind; an inner peace and deeper understanding of oneself. I weave meditation practices through my yoga and sound healing sessions, and my antenatal appointments with clients.
