I trust in the wisdom that’s rooted deep within my body, and my work is devoted to supporting others to make confident, grounded, heart-led decisions, by guiding them to find this quietly unshakeable place of knowing within themselves.
I work with pregnant and postpartum families, and my practices are relevant to many others too; in fact they are suitable for anyone who believes in body wisdom and is looking to live a life that feels in line with their deepest truths.
Birth is not just something which happens to the baby. Birth places an imprint on the birthing person and their whole family too, and this imprint goes on to create pathways that unfold for the rest of this lifetime.
How birth happens, matters. My priority is for you to have your dream birth. To be in connection with your needs and rights, and make informed choices which support you to feel safe and strong.
My aim is to enable more and more positive birth experiences, and my approach is rooted in compassion and wisdom.

Holistic Birth + Postnatal Doula support
I offer practical, emotional and spiritual support to those journeying the path of pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
My focus as a doula is to create conditions which enable you to trust the wisdom of your body. My practices which support this include pregnancy yoga, meditation, sound healing and nervous system reset techniques.
Yoga, Movement and meditation classes
My pregnancy yoga classes are curated to support you physically, mentally and spiritually through your pregnancy and birth.
During each class, we move through a creative blend of yoga, movement, breathwork, birth prep and meditation, supporting you to listen to and trust your body.
group sound baths and 1:1 sound healing
Sound therapy can heal our connection with our mind, body and heart. It can help alleviate anxiety and depression, and support creativity, better sleep and overall physical and mental wellbeing.
I offer monthly group events, and bespoke 1:1 sessions, and I use Tibetan singing bowls, symphonic gong, percussion, chimes, voice activation and sounds gathered from nature to weave healing frequencies through every cell of your body.
circle gatherings and ceremony
I host monthly Pregnancy and Postnatal Circles at my home Studio in Margate, focusing on providing a supportive space for you to connect, relax and receive.
I also offer sacred ceremonies and rituals for pregnancy and parenthood. Each session is uniquely curated to honour a person or phase within your unique journey.
